Jenny Fellner On Playbill Radio

From Playbill.com, Nov 27

In addition to round-the-clock show tunes and Broadway news at the top of each hour, Playbill Radio offers the following special programming. The schedule for the week of Dec. 2-9 follows:

Center Stage
Dec. 2: Special guest is Jenny Fellner, a real-life native of Deadwood, SD, who is playing her first Broadway lead in the new revival of Pal Joey alongside some high-power lady stars, including Stockard Channing and Martha Plimpton. She tells how she’s holding her own — and fulfilling her grandfather’s prophecy — in the Rodgers and Hart classic.

  1. Jenny,

We saw your performance opening night of the Pal Joey preview! Your performance exuded all the necessary chemistry and was simply wonderful. We are returning on the 3rd with the hope to meet you at stage door.
Best Wishes for much continued success!

  2. I’ve never listened to Playbill radio, but I think I’ll tune in and hear what Jenny has to say. She hasn’t gotten nearly as much publicity as the other two, more well-known, women have, but it seems from the comments I’ve read here that she does a great job as Linda.

I checked the playbillradio website and I’m pretty sure the show starts at 7:00 pm on Tuesday.

  3. Jenny was my roommate in college and she is absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to see her in this as it is so well deserved. She is the most hard working actress I know, and by far the most talented as well. Congrats Jenny!!! You betta work!

  4. I’ve seen the show and Jenny is terrific as Linda. She has a gorgeous voice and wonderful stage presence. Knockout performance!

  5. We saw Jenny Fellner as Eponine in Les Miz in Atlanta (our son was in the ensemble, so we saw it, well, let’s just say more than once). She was AMAZING (we told her at the stage door we (almost) stopped watching our own son while she was singing. She’s a true talent and we’re aiming to see this one on our next trip north.

  6. Jenny Fellner is the unsung heroine of this performance. She moves the story along. Good luck Ms. Fellner

  7. Jenny is terrific in Pal Joey. Plus she seems like a very nice, genuine person. I loved her interview with Jimmy Merrill here on the blog. Unassuming and gracious.
